Once your order has been accepted we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible we aim to despatch within 24hours. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.

 If you are ordering from outside the UK or European Union local taxes and import duties may be applicable and payable when the goods reach the specified destination. You are responsible for payment of any such taxes and import duties. If you have any questions please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We are unable advise the amount of duties or taxes that maybe due.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days for a full refund and 14 days from an exchange.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We can offer you an exchange upto 14 days from the time of purchase.

Note in both instances, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the item must be sent back within the prescribed timeframe to:

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your nominated bank account.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at SALES@LOLLIDAYS.COM.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Faulty Goods

If goods are defective or damaged please return product in its original packaging to the below address. A photo of the defect must be emailed to us as soon as the defect is found. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at sales@lollidays.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, taxes or duties (if applicable) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend when returning items to us a tracked service is used. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for items which are lost in the post.
